ANIMAL FEED ENZYMES

Cotzyme manufactures a wide range of Animal Feed Enzymes such as Phytase Enzyme, Beta Glucanase Enzyme, Cellulase / Hemicellulase Enzyme, Xylanase Enzyme, Protease Enzyme and Lipase Enzymes for the animal feed industry.

Feed enzymes are the most researched feed additive. Most of the enzyme manufacturing industry, have a rapid increase in the current usage of feed enzymes is a daunting task, given the number of feed enzymes and, within each enzyme, the large number of commercial products available—varying in their source, enzyme activities, and characteristics

Xylanase

Acid XYLANASE enzyme for animal feed which degrade the xylene in to xylo-oligomers which is growth factor for Bifidobacterium which helps to perform essential body functions such as digestion and staving off harmful bacteria and reduce the dosage of antibiotics.

Glucanase

Acid GLUCANASE improves the nutritive value of barley-based diet. It decreases intestinal viscosity and enhances nutrient digestibility and performance, thus improving the utilization of fibrous feed ingredients in poultry diets hence increases growth performance indicators like weight gain.

Amylase

Acid AMYLASE is as supplementation in animal feed improves performance and nutrient digestibility of broilers feed diets containing high levels of grains rich in non-starch polysaccharides. It decreases intestinal viscosity, which improves nutrient digestibility and increases feed intake.

Mannanase

Use of MANNANASE in animal feed improves the nutritive value of diet by effectively degrading ẞ-mannan, galactoman and mannan. This degradation leads to reducing the viscosity of intestinal content and reducing fecal water content and improves the absorption of nutrients and decreases the debility and morbidity of poultry.

Protease

Wide pH stable (pH 3.0 to 7.0) PROTEASE is a protein digesting enzyme that breaks down storage proteins binding starch within feed ingredients. This makes the energy from protein bound starch available to the bird to be used for productive purposes and increases growth performance indicators like weight gain.

Phytase

PHYTASE breaks down phosphorus predominantly stored as mineral complex phytin and produces inositol which is beneficial for cell survivals and growth as well as bone growth. PHYTASE increased feed efficiency and replaced environmentally polluted expensive phosphorus supplements added in Poultry diet feed.

Lipase

LIPASE enzyme is used to break down fats in animal food so they can be absorbed in the intestines. It Increases the fat digestibility by its hydrolysis and thereby improves its digestibility.

Cellulase

Use of ACID CELLULASE in animal feed improves the nutritive value of diet by effectively degrading cellulose into glucose. This degradation leads to reducing the viscosity of intestinal content and reducing fecal water content and improves the absorption of nutrients and decreases the debility and morbidity of poultry.
