   Enzymes can enhance a number of processes and save large amounts of water, time, energy and chemicals in the production of textiles. The textile industry has for some time used enzymes products applications such as Desizing, bio-scouring, peroxide neutralizing, and bio-polishing.

    Our Products in the Textile Industry includes Pre-treatment processes include desizing, bio-scouring, and bio-polishing which make subsequent dyeing and softening processes easy. Uneven desizing, scouring, and bleaching in the pre-treatment processes might cause drastic deterioration in the qualities of processed products, such as uneven dyeing and decrease in fastness.

    • Cellulase Enzyme

      Biopolishing is an environmentally-friendly process that uses enzymes to extend the lifetime of cotton knits and soon, additional fabrics.

      In biopolishing, the enzymes remove protruding fibers from the surface of the fabric, leaving a clean surface. This improves dyeability, and it creates better-quality, longer lasting, more sustainable textiles. The biopolish effect is permanent - even after 30 washes.

      Surveys show that consumers want clothes that last longer. This presents an opportunity for brands to differentiate their products toward consumers. It gives mills and laundries the chance to differentiate their products towards brands.

    • Catalase Enzyme

      Catalases are commonly used in neutralization of excess hydrogen peroxide present in bath after the bleaching process. It saves large amounts of water, time, energy by peroxide neutralization and dyeing in same bath

    • Pectinase Enzyme

      Uses of Pectinase in textile scouring is now rapidly growing due to its working at lower temperature and neutral pH offering benefits of savings in water, time and energy along with low water effluent and value addition like better strength, low weight loss, natural softness…etc

    Finishing

    Finishing refers to improving the final finish of the product which relates to feel, look, performance , desired quality of softness and better end benefits like wear comfort, moisture management, antimicrobial properties, water repellent, fire retarding etc . It contributes to the final touch on fabric, enhancing its overall total value.
